Privacy is our default setting. This website collects as little data as possible: it uses no cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party content (we even host our fonts ourselves).

What data we process
Visiting the website
When you visit, our hosting provider’s server automatically logs technical data needed to deliver and secure the site: IP address, date and time of the request, the page visited, browser and operating system type, and the referring page.
- Purpose: operating and securing the website, preventing abuse.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: no longer than TODO: e.g. 30 days, after which the data is deleted.
When you write to us
If you email us, we process your email address, your name (if provided) and the content of your message.
- Purpose: replying to your message.
- Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Retention: as long as needed to handle your request, then no longer than TODO: e.g. 2 years.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use cookies. When you choose a language, your browser remembers it in local storage (localStorage). This stays on your device and is never sent to anyone.
Processors and data transfers
The website is hosted by TODO: hosting provider name, which processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Email is handled by TODO: email provider name.
If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is protected by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another appropriate safeguard under the GDPR.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise your rights, write to us. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si).
